Professor Wasima Shehzad from the Corpus Research Centre at AIR university in Islamabad recently visited Coventry University as part of the PAK Mobility project.
CLaC has longstanding links with this Corpus Centre, with members of CLaC having visited, examined and being on advisory boards there.

David and Sheena will visit Pakistan in November to pursue a project on climate change texts related to Pakistan to be explored using corpus analysis and NLP.
The project was initiated by Prof. Wasima, with input from Dr Xiaorui Jiang from CSSM at CU and Tariq Amin from AIR university.
