CLaC is excited to issue a reminder about this call for abstracts for a Special Issue of the Journal of Methods in Applied Linguistics, guest edited by Aysel Şahin Kızıl (İzmir Bakırçay University – recently a visiting scholar with CLaC), Lee McCallum, and Benet Vincent. We are hoping to publish our first paper from the CHSRAI project as part of this SI.
The title of the special issue largely sums up the focus of papers that we are interested in attracting to the SI but further information is available on the Journal website here (scroll down for full CfP). We feel that it is a good time to focus on the ‘hidden’ decisions that tend to be glossed over in corpus research papers. Please do submit an abstract if this sounds the sort of thing you are interested in!
